Privacy policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the FrontPage Pro mobile application ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use it. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
FrontPage Pro lets students create and export print-ready academic cover pages (for projects, assignments, practical files, etc.).
1. Summary
- We do not collect, store, or share any of your personal data. FrontPage Pro has no servers, no accounts, and no analytics. Everything you create stays on your device.
- The App works fully offline for creating covers. The details you type (school name, project title, your name, roll number, etc.) and any logo you add are stored only on your device — we never receive or transmit this content.
- The only data collection by a third party is by Google AdMob, which shows ads in the App and collects limited device/ad data for that purpose (see section 3). We do not have access to it.
- We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or location.
2. Information stored on your device only
When you use the App, the following are saved locally on your device (using on-device storage) and are never sent to us:
- Cover page content you enter: institute/school name, project title, subject, session, your name, roll number, guide/teacher name, and similar fields.
- Logo / images you choose from your device to place on a cover.
- App preferences and state: saved templates/themes, drafts, your premium/template-unlock status, and referral codes used for the "refer a friend" feature.
- Generated PDFs, which are saved to your device's storage (e.g., the Downloads folder) or shared via the apps you choose.
You can remove this data at any time by clearing the App's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App displays ads using Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process certain information, which may include:
- Device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID), IP address, and general device information;
- App usage and ad-interaction data;
- Approximate, non-precise location derived from IP address.
This data is collected by Google, not by us, and is governed by Google's policies:

You can limit ad personalization at any time using your device's "Ads" settings (e.g., Settings → Google → Ads) to reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of personalized advertising.
4. Google Play install referrer
When the App is installed from Google Play through a friend's invite link, the App reads the Google Play install referrer to recognize that the install came from a referral (used to unlock templates). This is processed on your device and is not linked to your identity or sent to our servers.
5. Permissions
The App may request or use the following:
- Internet access — used to load advertisements and to communicate with Google Play services.
- Storage / media access — used only so you can pick a logo image and save your exported PDF. On modern Android versions the App uses the system Photo Picker and media store, which do not require broad storage permission. We do not scan, upload, or read other files on your device.
6. Children's privacy
FrontPage Pro is intended for students and may be used by minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The content you enter stays on your device. Advertisements are provided by Google AdMob; where the App is treated as directed to children, ad serving is configured to comply with applicable requirements (such as Google Play Families policy and COPPA). If you believe a child has provided personal information that should be removed, contact us using the details below.
7. Data sharing and selling
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share the content you create. The only third-party processing is by Google for advertising, as described in section 3.
8. Data retention and deletion
Because your content is stored locally, it remains on your device until you delete it (by clearing the App's data or uninstalling). For advertising data held by Google, see Google's privacy policy for retention and deletion options, and use your device's Ads settings to reset your Advertising ID.
9. Security
Your content stays on your device, which reduces exposure. However, no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data handled by third-party services such as Google.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and posting the revised policy at the same URL. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
